Whats your favorite domain?

I've noticed the world has seems to have shifted away from the common 3 letter TLD and are using more interesting ones. I've always stuck with .com since its the most know but what are some of the ones you guys like to use?

Sorry if I didn't get your country code in. Feel free to say it down bellow if it makes you feel better.

I'm going to say .co, despite the fact I use .com on my current site I like the idea around .co, it's short and it's more flexible.

.com is still the holy grail of domain extensions and it will remain that for the foreseeable future. All other extensions tend to only be used when the .com domain is already taken.

Regarding new TLDs there are only two exceptions: using the extension as part of the company name (like byethost.com switching to byet.host) and geo targeted new TLDs (the only new TLD domain I own right now is a .frl domain, which is the new TLD of a province in the Netherlands).

I find it quite amusing there's such a domain as .ovh, since a while ago.

I like .com better but over the recent years I have seen a big trend in .io for small startup tech companies. I also never knew the OVH owned their own domain name. OVH is a good company and all but I could never see my self using a .ovh for a public site. That is OVH's bradning at its best right there.

.io is quite a nice domain actually. I hate the fact a lot of gTLDs are redundant for no reason, though apparently there's something like 58 meaning 'shop' it must confuse the heck out of people who are still learning the internet as much.

Since theres now .uk they should resurrect .gb in fact .gb could mean things that don't deal with Northern Ireland since GB is the island...

I definitely have to agree on OVH, thanks to this community I decided to go with them and my site's been up and running really fast, but then again I am located in the UK, so I'm closer to the server than GoDaddy.

I do have to give them credit, since they drastically improved their service. They also stopped running commercials that looked like ads for porn.
