Isn't something like WebHostingTalk.com much more suitable for that?

This community is kind of an alternative to WHT and others hence the name, this isn't simply a 'closed-in' community only for YH Refugees.
Although it probably won't be as popular of course it will still be a good site since we have a good user base.

It's an okay idea, but just doesn't make sense for the reason of this forum. Of course getting big is one thing, but then we don't want to get too many members and lose track of the refugees.
I've been into programming more than hosting. So I don't think I can help much in the hosting part of this forum. =/

Okay Smile
As we had a 'Show Your Website' on the original YH site, maybe we should be able to show off our websites? However the rules are that there needs to be good content or a unique design because I'd only make it for people looking for constructive site criticism, not for just promotion, and you have to be trusted to post in it.

Somebody who's an active and contributing member, not just posting so they can promote their site, or whatever. They have to be here a while.

Since this site has things on webmaster discussion it makes sense to allow users who are here to get constructive criticism on their sites.
