What is the craziest thing you've encountered on your reseller
#1
Hi,

I know here some resellers of the forum but I was wondering what the craziest content/website you ever found? I found a PayPal login page (Abuse/Fraud) whats up to you? Have you ever got something weird? Then share it here, I really like to know other resellers.

Recently I've been suffering from someone (or a group) who have been created multiple americanas.com phishing sites every day for a few months now. Worst of all, the abuse detection system somehow can't catch them.

Other things I've seen:
- Phishing pages for PayPal, Google, Facebook, various banks, various online shops.
- Defaced websites ("hacked by" pages)
- Copied websites from political parties.
And probably a lot more weird stuff which I can't remember.

What I do remember and is easily the most shocking thing I've seen is child pornography. That stuff is disturbing.

Woah, woah, woah, woah, woah, WOAH! Did you really just write that someone had a child pornography website on InfinityFree? At least you removed it and moderate the content your clients/customers have. But seriously though, this just sort of proves how much iFastNet moderates its servers. I can't believe people are that "off" though...

I just had various issues, but my abuse checker checks sites where the sites offically from. That paypal fraud website was checked by my system and saw that it wasn't a offical paypal login page but a scam page. Also pornchild will the user account details sent to the police (IP address) and the website contents downloaded as proof. Also my premium users can be suspended for abuse.

Ehh, not on my own reseller, but I remember I once checked on a particular blog which was flagged as being possibly abusive. This happened while I was working for Hostinger.

In said blog, the author talked about how he hated his life, how he hated most of the people surrounding him, his weird sexual fantasies, etc. It was quite disturbing, to say the least.

Well, the child pornography was a few years ago on YouHosting. I haven't encountered anything quite as disturbing on InfinityFree yet (just regular porn sites so far).

On YH I got this really disturbing issue where a person was selling proxies and someone lost a lot of money from credit card on the order because the website was a phishing one.
I got calls from the person asking any information about perpetrator like ip address, last login but in those days YH was really falling apart and it's account search system was not working so I couldn't help much.

reach out to them in support they will ensure its plugged, sometimes the abuse system seems to need to be trained to a specific threat that it has not seen before.

What's the 'craziest' thing I've ever seen in hosting? Well, I'm fairly sure I'm still bound under a suppression order over it, so take with that what you will.
